To edit the name and description of a cast or crew member:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Products > Cast & Crew
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find your cast or crew member
  3. Select the member to open a preview*
  4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details
  5. Click the edit icon ✏️ to make updates directly in the text fields
  6. Click the save icon 💾 to finish

To update a cast or crew member’s avatar: 

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Products > Cast & Crew
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find your cast or crew member
  3. Select the member to open a preview*
  4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details
  5. Click the three-dot settings menu
  6. Select Upload Avatar
  7. Drag and drop or browse files to select your avatar image
  8. Click Upload to finish
